In the early hours of Monday, delays were reported on the Panamericana highway heading towards downtown Buenos Aires due to a traffic accident that left a car overturned and one person injured. The incident occurred on the Panamericana, at the height of Thames on the main route of the North Access, following a collision between a Honda CRV and an HRV. An ambulance transported the injured person, who sustained multiple traumas.
Due to this event, there was a significant reduction in the number of lanes available for traffic, resulting in long lines of vehicles heading from the bifurcation of the Pilar and Escobar branches towards downtown.
